Located on the South East Shore of Houghton Lake, this spacious 1478 sq. ft. three-bedroom one and 1/2 bathroom house offers a picturesque view of one of Houghton Lake’s large canal ways and is located in a quiet residential area. Penny Lane will sleep six to seven people offering a queen-size bed in each of two bedrooms and two twin beds with an additional single folding cot in the third bedroom. The interior surrounds you with modern conveniences, such as a washer/dryer, cable TV, DvD player, stereo, and internet connectivity.

Complete cooking facilities, including coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal, will help you prepare home cooked meals while enjoying a splendid view of the water. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in the lovely sunroom facing the water. We also provide a telephone for our guests. A gas forced air furnace will keep the chill off on those cooler summer evenings and comfy and warm during the winter season.

Outdoor features include 120 feet of water frontage, docking facilities, charcoal grill, picnic table, lawn chairs, bon fire pit and full lake privileges. You can also park in our two car attached garage. Our calm, sheltered canal provides damage free dockage and excellent fishing. All around the lake nightlife is available to those who desire to dine out, go dancing or catch a movie. There are many golf courses in the area and, of course, many activities for the kids. If you do not have a water vehicle, powerboat, pontoon boat and Jet Ski rentals are available at the many Marinas around the lake. If you have your own, bring it along.
