Located on the East Shore of Houghton Lake, this newly remodeled, 1267 sq. ft. three-bedroom two bathroom house with attached garage offers a spectacular view of the lake and is located in a quiet residential area. 

Sunset Bay will sleep up to six people offering a queen size bed in one bedroom, a double size bed in the second bedroom and trundle bed containing two single beds in the third bedroom.  The first bathroom has a full size shower and tub while the second bathroom has a stand up shower.  The kitchen offers complete cooking facilities including a coffeepot and microwave and dishwasher.  We also provide a washer and dryer for our guests as well as central air conditioning to keep you cool when it’s hot.  A color TV with cable and DVD player are provided for your indoor entertainment along with WIFI.  

Outside, you will find a table with four chairs and 2 additional chairs with small table.  A charcoal grill and fire pit, along with 40 ft. of private lake frontage invite you to enjoy warm sunny days and beautiful “East Bay” sunsets. A 30 foot dock, along with ladder and a sand anchor, is provided for your water vehicle with a public boat launch close by.  If you do not have a water vehicle, powerboat, pontoon boat and Jet Ski rentals are available at the many Marinas around the lake.  You will find plenty of nightlife for those who desire dinning out and dancing or a movie.  There are also many golf courses in the area and lots of activities for the kids.
