Located on the North end of Higgins Lake, this 1300 sq. ft. home offers beautiful log cabin charm along with a picturesque view of the lake and is located near a marina.  North Shore Getaway will sleep up to eight people offering a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and two double size beds in the loft.  The main bathroom includes a full size shower and tub, and the unit also has two other half baths. 

North Shore Getaway's newly updated kitchen offers complete cooking facilities including a dishwasher, microwave, coffeepot and toaster oven.  The dining room table will seat 6 with additional chairs provided to seat the maximum capacity.  A lovely front sun porch allows you to relax indoors while enjoying a splendid view of beautiful Higgins Lake.  For your indoor entertainment, a color TV, with cable and VCR/DVD player is provided in the living room and an additional TV is provided in the master bedroom.  Our fireplace complements the modern yet rustic charm of the open ceiling living room.

Outside, you will find a table with chairs, charcoal grill, and a fire pit, along with 50 ft. of private lake frontage to enjoy warm sunny days and beautiful sunsets.   Much of our frontage is sandy and perfect for the kids to play in.  We have a 40 foot dock available, with a ladder at the end, along with a sea anchor for long term or overnight tie up.  If you do not have a water vehicle, powerboat and pontoon boat are available at the Marina.  There are also golf courses in the area and lots of activities for the kids.
