Located on the South West side of Higgins Lake, this 1600 sq. ft. four-bedroom, one and one-half bathroom house offers a picturesque view of the lake and is located on “The Gold Coast”.  Leap-Inn Retreat will sleep up to ten people offering a king size bed in one room, a queen size bed in the second room and 2 twin beds in the third and fourth room.  In the sleeping apartment off the garage there are two twin size beds.  The bathroom is newly remodeled and includes a large stand up shower.  The kitchen offers complete cooking facilities including a coffeepot, toaster and microwave.  The spacious sunroom allows you to relax indoors while enjoying a splendid view of beautiful Higgins Lake. 

 A color TV, DvD, and VCR are provided for your indoor entertainment while a fireplace complements the modern yet rustic charm of the knotty pine living room. Outside, you will find a table with chairs, picnic table, charcoal grill, and a fire pit, along with 100 ft. of private lake frontage to enjoy warm sunny days and beautiful sunsets. Our waterfront has 15 to 20 feet of  sandy beach area making a perfect playground for the children.  We have a 60- foot dock available with a sand anchor to secure your boat away from the dock.  If you do not have a water vehicle, powerboat and pontoon boat rentals are available at the Marinas in the area.  There are also golf courses in the area and lots of activities for the kids.
